I am really impressed with the steam mop - I ordered it for using on my kitchen floor tiles as with dogs and children it never looked clean especially in the autumn and winter with muddy paw prints. It was really easy to set up And the instructions are easy to follow and understand. It came with a couple of pads but I have ordered extra so I have a constant supply. It is quite heavy especially when trying to manoeuvre into corners but should be fine for all people. The steam boost function is great for using in more stubborn stains or marks. I would recommend vacuuming before using as if you don’t - I found out - any crumbs or bits just get moved around rather than being trapped on the pad. I am really pleased with the results and it took no time at all to clean the floor and leave it sparking clean.

Delighted with this. Bought it to replace an over-priced Karcher that snapped where the nozzle joins the body. Easier to use, having a long handle. The pads are excellent and it doesn’t soak the floor like the Karcher did.

I have only used this steam mop once so this is my initial summary. On the whole this is a good steam mop. The instructions are good and it is simple to put together. Not too heavy, seems quite well made, and is manoeuvrable. The one thing that really lets it down for me is that there is no on/off switch. If, say, you are using it with an extension lead and have to break off mopping for some reason, you have to get to the socket to turn it off. I know that's not a big deal but would have been so much better with an on/off switch. Also, it doesn't stand up. It has to be leant against something when not in use. But it cleans really well and, even on high steam, it doesn't leave the floor too wet.

The best product I’ve bought for cleaning floors. Easy to use and lightweight. I put steam iron water in mine and it’s made my house smell lovely. Pleased with recyclable eco-packaging.

Excellent product well worth the money

Best shopping this year. It is easy to use. It doesn't need a cleaning liquid, so I don't need to do the second or third wipes. The best part is no sticky feeling after clean. We don't wear shoes inside our house but it removed all dirty stuff from the floor. Good value of money. Good cleaning tool. It is ready very quick. A bit heavy but it helps to clean well, I guess.

The parts assembly is easy. The mop heats up quickly and the steam spray is useful. It clears some stains really well. Other stains not so good. With most of the floor cleaning ok (for example better than a Flash mop). The detachable accessories are useful for other surfaces, or other uses. But also make the whole mop a little heavy which makes me less likely to pull it out and use it (compared to a Flash mop). But once heated, the mop slides easily. The mop feels sturdy but the price is expensive.

This was a replacement for a B&D steam mop- which I was happy with until it died 2 years into our relationship and, of course, just as I had purchased a bunch of replacement scrubber pads. This mop is different as it heats the water but steam is created by your own back and forth motion which forms the pressure to provide the steam. I know it sounds suspect on many levels but I can say it works and I do think this basic design should outlast the B&D mop. On the plus side the power cord is a reasonable length so no more extension cords and the B&D scrub pads fit almost seamlessly so no loss there- in fact I prefer them to the scrub pads that came with this mop. Lastly, I really like that this mop stands perfectly vertical when not in use and the cord winds up neatly on the handle. This makes it much nicer to store, no flopping around in a corner with a dangling power cord.
