The set screws can be a little difficult loosen and if I were working in an environment where I needed to carry the iPad all day long it would be nice to have a lever one could push and flip the iPad up against the chest to hold it securely and then easily flip it back down. I wrote customer service looking to get just the elastic harness (I was willing to buy it). Within an hour I had a response and they shipped out a replacement harness at no cost.
