Good quality green beans as far as I can tell (All physically intact, consistent shape/size, clean smell--roasted coffee is fragrant and supremo size) but, I'm no expert. Differentiating between first and second crack is difficult. Continuous cracking between first and second into a Vienna roast. Toastmaster popcorn popper: city roast about 2:40, city+ at 3:00.
