These were really cute. We taped them to the ceiling and they held really well. I have it a four because the pieces that had decorations at the end (mermaid tales, dolphins etc.) are heavy and hang below people’s heads when walking with a standard size ceiling. We strategically placed over furniture and counters.

Purchased 2 packages, one contained 10 sea characters the second 4 shells did mermaids and mostly streamers.

Very pretty and colorful. I used these for an 8th grade dance because they’re not childish yet still great for an under the sea themed party.

There wear soo many I couldn’t hang all of them up. But they are soooo perfect for your mermaid or under the sea themed party. Loved them and would purchase again.
