LOVING IT! The model and serial number on the back of the laptop are absolutely impossible to see even with an enlarged photo. I actually scratch the label off of the box for Kamin to get the serial number and model number. I could not find it anywhere in the ad. HP is doing us a disservice with this. Now I can replace the power cord that got thrown out by accident and update my review when I get my new cord. When I set up the laptop, the screen image with the best I have ever had. I still have to try the touchscreen and time the battery life.

Bought this HP Laptop based on the reviews. It was an excellent choice. Easy to setup and transfer over files from old laptop. Laptop performance is excellent. Fast startup. Programs I use are much faster. Was not disappointed on this purchase.

It's not HPs fault, but I don't like using this laptop. I'm used to a traditional computer with a 28" monitor. It's like using a baby computer now. It does work well and was easy to set up, though.

This laptop is very well equipped considering the price. Quality construction and lightweight. But it still has plenty of power for multiple video streams running at once while using an external monitor. No complaints whatsoever.

When it arrived it wouldn't power up even when plug directly with power cord sent it back for a replacement, after 3 weeks no replacement so I cancelled order for a full refund

We are providing each therapist a "work" laptop using Microsoft 365. I am very pleased with the laptop. It was easy to set up and it's been easy for the clinician to personalize.

I liked the size of the laptop. The packing was O.K. , however they should have packaged the box better that the laptop was shipped in.When the laptop arrives, the updates are massive. It's an ok laptop. I've had better. I don't like that this hp laptop doesn't have a touch screen. Sometimes the quick scan doesn't open. A person has to go out of windows security, then back in for it to work. I was a fan of Hp Pavillion, this one I'm not so sure.

I needed a new computer, and wanted to change from a desktop to a laptop without spending thousands of dollars. This is a great machine for the price.
