I mix my own spicy mayo so I can get the spice level where I want it. This also tastes good with avocado. There's a lot in each packet, so it makes at least 2 servings. I have ordered this many times. This last order seems to have more water in it and the water smells VERY fishy , but once you pour out the water the salmon is fine, sometimes I leave it in and just add a couple of crushed up Ritz crackers to soak up the excess liquid, because somewhere in the back of my mind I have convinced myself that the water has vitamins in it...LOL. So, far the funky liquid hasn't made my sweat smell fishy the way sardines can (if you've ever eaten sardines for any length of time you know that "old man" smell I am talking about).
