You get two tubes of gel both which do slightly different things and come with an applicator . Each tube was sealed which is good . I first of all used it without the applicator and I found it REALLY difficult to rinse off after both using a sponge , face cloth and just rinsing . But then I use it with the applicator and used the flat spatulate to literally scrape the bits off which was better Works quite well as an exfoliator but bit too fiddly for me as I prefer something that comes off with a sponge easily

This face mask duo comes with a silicone exfoliating tool. The tubes are boxed and shrink wrapped then they have a foil seal inside the lid. The gel is clear and there's no strong scent. I washed my face, then applied this gel to my skin starting with my forehead and working down. As I applied it to my neck it immediately created little bits, almost as if there's bits of tissue broken down and mixed in it! At first I thought I had left something on my face but I realised it was lifting the dry skin - which on my neck must've been dryer than my face as it had this effect immediately. I then used the exfoliating tool on my cheeks and it created the same effect. I didn't leave it on too long - I lightly 'scrubbed' all over with the silicon brush and then rinsed it off my face. To remove it I used one of the disposable bamboo 'exfoliating' face cloths that come in a box, just with plenty of water - it left my skin feeling really clean. My skin has been looking dull - I can feel a difference with one use. I'm always happy to report issues with products but I can't think of any to report! It's a good price too, as you get two tubes of slightly different gel.
