I highly recommend the ball to someone who is learning to bowling with a custom ball. I am an entry level bowler using a custom ball. I have been bowling 20 years but this is my first custom ball I would highly recommend speaking to your local pro shop when buying a ball for best recommendations. But this one is a great option and for the value you can't beat it. You do need to give it some time on the lanes to break in and adjust to the lane before you can really get the ball working and moving the way you want.
