Great battery life, all the functions you could want. Comfortable fit and light weight. Don't even know your wearing it.

Fantastic watch, great battery life, does everything I want out of a smart watch - effective notifications, gps, weather, time etc. When It comes to fitness tracking however, it struggles. HR monitor is wildly inaccurate - 60bpm whilst doing cardio is frustrating, and it seems to struggle at track exercise compared to my previous Fitbit inspire 2. After looking into it, it seems to be a common issue with this watch. Solar works, but you need full direct sunlight - kind of a ‘fun’ extra really.

Update on the previous rating, which was also one star as the device could not connect to to the app. Garmin has replaced the watch, the new one is connecting fine. Functionality. I would like my watch to monitor my heart BPM, all the time, when I rest and when I exercise and when I sleep. Surprisingly the watch does not monitor your heart rate unless you "start an activity"... so I learned how "to start an activity"... of course now I never remember to finish it... you've got to click 5 buttons!!!! to complete it. So once it started it just runs... my old Fitbit had no issues tracking my heart beets all the time. Garmin doesn't even monitor your sleep, you've got to tell Garmin when you sleep!

Apart from the strap being alittle small and short, everything else seemed fine. Battery will last if you follow the battery saving tips online. Last around 10-14 days on moderate usage. No issues underwater. Took it swimming and it works both during your swim and after. Just air dry it and wait for it to dry before your next charge. On first look, the watch may seem like it's alittle too small on the wrist, till the point in fact you may feel like returning it. Over time, you will grow to like it. I prefer small watches. This is definitely not for you if you like big watches. Go for no "S" version. Felt that the software could be faster. Experienced lagging, at times, when starting activities. Don't really like it's garmin pay features as the options are very limited but could be only for me since I'm from sg.

The smartwatch is great, except for the sleeping tracking features. It does not track naps... and more often than not, it thinks I'm sleeping when I'm up working late on my computer. Or if I wake up in the middle of the morning, it thinks I'm fully awake for the day, even if I go to sleep again immediately.
