It didn’t come with a mouse as advertised I just unboxed it and there is no mouse as advertised Also didn’t come with usb-C charger as advertised

Bad computer. Worse seller.
Absolute garbage computer. Screen went out a month after getting it. Dell can't fix it, and the seller won't do anything.

A dependable everyday laptop
The laptop is light-weight so it is very easy to carry it around. Meanwhile, its battery is literally an all-day one. It also came with a valuable bundle including Office with life-time license, a DVD drive and extend micro SD, which I use frequently for my work and everyday life.

This dell laptop exceeded my expectations! I've been using it for work, and it is perfect for all my needs-email, documents video calls, and more. The touchscreen is very responsive, and I love the bright crisp display for watching videos during my breaks. The fingerprint reader is super convenient, and the waves Maxxaudio pro sounds great for calls and media.
