It’s the good stuff.
If you’re looking for Louisiana flavor with a bit of a kick (but not too much, I’ve got gut issues!), then I highly recommend Cajun Two-Step. There are many seasoning blends in our neck of the woods, but this home-grown mix is the perfect mix of cayenne, garlic, onion, and a little sweet tinge.
