Merrell Moab 3 8" Tactical Zip Wp

Waterproof as of now, have not worn them in the snow but did step in a small river and water did not penetrate the zipper. They are very comfortable and the size zipper helps get them on and off much easier than a traditional boot. Very lightweight, arch support does not appear to be a factor as I have normal arches. Got these at a killer price. Was looking to replace my UNDER ARMOUR UA INFIL OPS GORE-TEX TACTICAL BOOTS which have been the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. With the UA boots being a 10 on best overall boot I’ve owned, the Merrell Moab 3 tactical 8” waterproof boot I would rate about a 7-8 at this point. Got the green for a steal @$130. True to size.

Bought as a gift, they absolutely loved this. Perfect fit and true to size. So far so good, they have used every day for work and like the sturdiness, traction and thick soles. The side zip makes ease of wearing so easy on and off.

Boots are stylish and very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Like the MOAB 3 mids, these are AMAZING shoes. One of the best things I've ever put on my feet. HOWEVER, the rivets on the top 6 speed laces ABSOLUTELY SUCK. They're thin, cheap, and break easily. Not a good quality in a boot you expect to take a lot of abuse. Take them to a shoe shop, spend $25 and have them install some quality rivets, and you've got a perfect 5-star pair of boots.

I have had two pair since March of this year and the quality on the eyelets at the top of the boot is garbage. My first pair the eyelet broke as I was lacing up boot. The second pair broke when I got to work today found that the top eyelet broke and was still on the laces then the one below that broke as well as I was taking the boot off. To be more specific the rivets are garbage. Other than that they are comfortable

True to size. Bought for my son who finds them comfortable when working.

I wanted to love these boots. They are super comfortable and light, while offering descent support and protection. The thing that bothers me is the pointless zippers. If you lace the boots tight enough for even medium ankle support then you can barely get them off with the zipper and getting them on is impossible without undoing the laces. So you lose the strength in the shaft due to being cut for the zipper and get no function from the zipper. And then the lacing eyelet ripped off on the 3rd day of wotk after a week of trying them on around the house. I can't trust these boots because the eylets are weak.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: A very well built and quality boot but wasn't true to size, I have previously owned similar boots so I ordered it in the same size but was just a bit smaller which was a shame. Would recommend anyone else buying to go a size up.

Cómodas, ligeras y buena estética no le doy las 5 estrellas por que ya en dos ocasiones caminando en la calle con lluvia moderada se le a metido el agua a la bota Izquierda. Y no hablo de caminar en encharcamientos. Recién compre otro par, quiero pensar que el primer par solo es un defecto de fabrica.
