Not bad at all. Only used it once so far in cake baking and that was nice. Being diabetic having zero everything is brilliant. Price is ok too.

Smells like maple syrup and is useful to add sweetness to cakes etc with no calories and without the usual aftertaste of sweetener. But unfortunately doesn’t have much taste and especially doesn’t taste like maple syrup.
