Life saver & worry free
I until the last camping where signals are zero and been a nightmare to communicate , didn't realise the importance of having GPS tracker. Didn't took time to find the best one here and ordered this. Comes two two trackers which is needed for me and my partner. Easy to use all it needs a free app to be installed and connect via bluetooth. Have few good features other than real time tracking like off line message and geo fencing is my favourite. Battery does last long and can be charged from power bank which is handy during camping. Can also be used to track kids who can't use phones or pets while going out.Pleased with the product and worry free it gives to meClick YES if you like my comment, Saying YES you did, as it would help me a lot

They just don't do what they do, well enough.
I really, really wanted these to work as I have a roaming Springer and I walk her in a place where there is no phone signal. These devices sound great – they communicate with each other via radio and you connect yours to your phone via Bluetooth to see locations on the map in the phone. But they just didn’t do what they should have done.- My unit kept disconnecting so I had to fire the software back up on the phone to get it to reconnect again – which took a few minutes.- The GPS comparison accuracy is very poor. With the dog next to me it was showing her 69yds away- The app software is terrible – I’m a software developer so I know how software should be user friendly. This one isn’t. For example I tried to download an offline map – three times – and it just hung. I also tried to set up an account and it just wouldn’t do anything when I tapped OK. Interestingly though – and this is not in the Chenglish instructions – you can use downloaded Google maps instead of using their terrible download facility.- And finally, and rather worryingly, on the walk just now, the dog somehow set off the emergency signal, which is quite impressive for a dog when she was wearing it on a harness on her back! She was in sight and in no danger. Imagine if this had happened with people in the group. So, sadly, they have been returned and I continue to look for a tracking system that does what it says.

Doesn't work
Bought this to keep my husband safe, he has Alzheimers and dementia and walks a lot. The tracker worked a couple of times, but then wouldn't, and kept saying "GPS fixing" but then wouldn't fix. Sometimes it would, sometimes it wouldn't. I emailed the helpline but got no reply. Maybe the Hebrides is too far out, but surely GPS works anywhere? Very expensive mistake, and the makers obviously aren't interested I ironing out glitches. Might be fine in town. Be wary.

Accurate GPS; intuitive App
Got this on behalf of my Uncle who loves the outdoors, frequently hiking in many places, as well as going on expeditions. He's found this a handy tool to use. It's as simple as downloading the app, downloading the Offline Maps inside the app - turning on each device and connecting each to a separate phone within the app - and that's it.Movements are tracked, you can send messages back and forth between phones off any type of network - just low range radio waves the two devices use with each other..There's an SOS button for peace of mind which let's any other person with a goTele device connected know with an alarm exactly where you are at that time. The only bit of feedback my uncle had was that he wishes there were some spare Velcro straps as velcro isn't a great permanent option. Despite that, new out the box - the velcro does feel very strong.

Good GPS tracker for outdoor use
This GPS tracker has a pair of devices and it is exactly what I need.It still can be used where there is no cell phone signal service, and the independent built-in GPS positioning has a good accuracy when used outdoor. It smaller than what I thought before I bought it and looks very solid.

works in any where with GPS signal!!!
This is an extremely good gps device, I have tested out 4 different companies that use this model on their tracking platform and this is my favorite. Being that I own a private car service we are always looking for better ways to do business, and it is head and shoulders above the others that I have tested. This seems to be due to trackers performance its self and the customer service. The customer service people I dealt with knew exactly what I needed for my business and helped me understand how to do it. The only negative was there isn’t an app, just a mobile site which works fine. It’s a global device and when my friend went to Germany on Holiday he was able to use it and then when I went to visit family in Canada it work as well and my monthly rate didn’t change just the update rate which was understandable being that the company is across the pond in the U.SI had some issues with dead zones in my rural parts of Canada. I am sure that in a more populated area this device would be excellent though since several reviewers had that experience and I had no issues where I had full service cell towers in the area. The best feature was the real time tracking. Being able to watch and the marker would move. And the alerts when the battery was low… almost like a phone, pretty cool.

Great technology; still needs a few tweaks
I bought 2 of these devices so that I could track my dog when he disappears on mysterious missions when out walking with us. The system works really well for this, though I don't find the app very intuitive. The supplied velcro fastening is inadequate though. Yesterday the dog managed to shake the device free from his collar and, because of the fiddly app, I didn't realise this had happened until we were about 750 m from the location. Amazingly, the GPS is so good that we managed to find the dropped Gotele device, which was in a wheat field. Next time it will be cable-tied to the dog's collar.

Handy GPS
Bought this mostly for my dog Bowie who wanders through national parks like he is searching for treasure. Sometimes he won't respond to my recall if he has a rabbit in his sights so this is ideal. The app on the phone is easy to connect to and follow. It's a bit on the heavy side for smaller dogs, any medium sized or large dog would be fine. He hasn't tried to flick it off, and it has kept working like a charm through the rain and long runs.
