The contents appear fresh.Each product package contains 20 tea bags made from the shavings of pine tree cones.The extract from the pine tree cones is supposed to have calming health benefits for managing general stress-related symptoms.For the price, I would have liked to have more tea bags enclosed, but it is still a reasonable bargain.I could not detect any taste or aroma with this product.I will update this review for my followers as I continue to use the product.I hope my short video and pictures help someone with their buying decision.

Love this tea.Everyone I know hates the taste but I like it. No sugar needed. It makes me feel good! I was able to quit coffee completely and it curbs hunger.

The taste is OK! However, it didn’t steep well. In order to experience the fullness of the tea, you have to let it steep for an hour, or so. I will try a different brand for this reason.
