I bought this for my mom for Christmas, and she has been using it consistently ever since. It’s easy to set up, simple to use, and feels very sturdy and well-made. She loves that it provides a full-body workout without being hard on her joints. Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk but I find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it. Standing on it, squatting, and then periodically throughout the hour. It helps me so much with circulation. My legs used to start hurting and starting to feel heavy a quarter the way through the day and now I could just put my feet on it turn it on and I don't even have to get up. I feel a hundred and ten percent better! I say, if you're a work at home employee, you need this. I've been looking at these for months and thought, oh, what do I need that for? Well, let me tell you, I will never be without one now that I've experienced it! The price is excellent in my opinion. This product is very solid, doesn't take up much room and it's the perfect size for me. For reference I am 5 6', 128 lbs. This also has a remote, which is a must, if you don't want to bend down whenever you want to switch gears. It's been working flawlessly, and I've been using it several times a day since I bought it and leg pain is gone. Highly recommend this product, if you're on the fence, just buy it. You'll see it's the product you never knew you needed in your life and then you're gonna wonder how you ever lived without it!

Small enough to be useful in my small home. My husband and I are both using it, and we're both over 55. Seems to be a quality product. When I had a question, I e-mailed the seller and got a prompt response. It CAN be used on carpet, but they advised putting it on a heavy piece of cardboard as it may stain the carpet without that. It's effective, easy to use, and great stability in use. My balance isn't great, and that was a concern, but it's easy for me to use. Haven't had it long enough to rank effectiveness. but it does relax me.

Good quality, stable, easy set up, definitely effective for lymphatic drainage and toning even after and one use; however I’m still learning best practices, power controls and body positioning that work best for me due to inner ear issues and motion sickness. I was nauseated within 8 minutes standing upright. I really want this to work so I’m going to give it some time and I’ll provide an updated review on whether I need to return it. Update: After using the vibration plate every day for a couple weeks, and adjusting standing positions so my head doesn’t shake, I am keeping the item. However, I recommend starting out slowly (2 minutes increments) and on low speeds so your body adjust accordingly, and then gradually increase up to 10 to 20 minutes. Note: I experienced itchy skin and rash (eczema) which I understand can be triggered using a vibration plate, and predominantly with individuals that have high histamine level's as myself.

I love this vibration plate. It is easy to use and the price was just right. I bought it used like new and couldn't be happier. I use it almost every day morning and night and feel a difference in my circulation I would highly recommend this for the price and quality. It is not too noisy and very easy to operate it does come with a remote control and two resistance bands.

Feels so food!! Just 10 min makes you feel looser and less tense. Stand or sit on it, Greta way to start or end the day. I work at a desk at home and hubby has physical job, we both love it. Not sure how effective it is at the workout replacements it claims but we sure feel better after each use. As two in our late 40’s where things are starting to hurt more than they used to, we are glad to have this simple at home option.

This product has excellent functions, and helps stimulate all muscles resulting in calorie burn and toning. Price point was very reasonable. Product was well packaged, but remote did not work. I contacted the seller and they were extremely responsive. They replaced the remote immediately at no cost. Very impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend this company.

I have been using it for about a month now & have found it very helpful with movement and fluidity, and balance. I'm 64 & have been struggling w/ lower back/ sciatica pain so this has helped with the tingling/circulation. It feels like you’re in one of the nails salon chairs for your whole body at once. I do it 2x day for 5-10 mins, I'm still on the 1-3 levels which is the lower settings but it goes much faster, so I have room to grow. It is made very sturdy and sold with rubber grip suction bottom cups if you’re on solid floors. It also has foot diagram which is made for pressure points on the bottoms of your feet, which can be really helpful for people with neuropathy. Overall, I am VERY pleased with the purchase.

So far no issues with the product. I've read tons of reviews on many different brands and they mostly indicate all of them have glitches and are expensive for what they are. I'm using it for the lymphatic system. I'm not expecting miracles. I feel like it's a modern version of the 1960's belt machines 🤔.
