I bought this based on my dermatologist’s recommendation. I started taking oral Rogaine and it caused a lot of unexpected facial hair. I never had facial hair before, and suddenly I had a mustache, hair on my cheeks, and even hair on my forehead. It was shocking. After doing some research on Google and ChatGPT, this one kept coming up as the most recommended option, so I decided to try it. I’m really glad I did. It works wonderfully. Not only does it remove all the unwanted facial hair and peach fuzz, but it also leaves my skin incredibly smooth and removes dead skin at the same time. It is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. You hold it at about a 45 degree angle and gently glide it across the skin without pressing hard. You can actually see the hair and dead skin coming off, especially if you use a magnifying mirror. My skin feels smooth and refreshed afterward. One thing to note is that it was a little tricky to use on the upper lip area. I did nick the skin between my nose and lip at first, so I learned to avoid that area and use a different method there. Everywhere else, it works great. The best part is that when the hair grows back, it does not feel rough or stubbly like a man’s beard. It takes a while to grow back and feels soft. I’m also using an IPL device alongside this to help reduce regrowth, and together they’ve been a great combination for me. This product has been a perfect solution for my situation, and I’m very happy with the results.

There's a plastic part on the refill blades that keeps snapping almost immediately after I change the blades, and making it rattle around in the holder with an awful noise. It doesn't feel safe to use like that. I took a video of how it sounds with a broken blade and how it sounds with a fresh one, so I don't think anyone can blame me too much for not feeling like this is safe to use, or a good value for the money since the top bit on the blades breaks almost instantly after turning it on.
