Poor Quality control. Used to be great, not anymore. *by M***O on February 10, 2024* I normally do not like to write poor reviews on the product as I do understand being Amazon seller is tough. However, recent purchases of this product caused significant frustration that I should inform the seller and the buyers to be aware. Now where to start.. okay here it goes. Used to be great as I have purchased multiple times in the past and fixed screens for iPhones 11pro. However, as of Dec. 2023 the quality of this screen replacement has significantly diminished. In the past - Touch screen responded without issues, no dead pixels. Touch sensitivity had quick respond and able to use it without issues. The package also came professionally with all needed tools to replace and with screen protectors. Also it NEVER had screen freezes before. As of Dec 2023, this is where it begins with poor quality control which makes this screen replacement useless. Known Issues: CONSTANTLY FREEZES randomly during phone usage. Have to click power on/off on the side button to make the screen respond to touch. Very frustrating when it occurs more than three times, especially when your searching or streaming. Touch sensitivity is out of control. It randomly clicks other places on the screen causing text to miss spell frequently, minimize/maximize web browsers randomly, and clicks random things on my phone. Then freezes.. and have to turn on/off power button.. totally nightmares.Moreover, when phone is not in used, I see that the phone screen blinks itself multiple times which is very concerning. Therefore, thought that the one I received is defect and had replacement. Came DOA, had to reordered another one. This time, everything worked well except SCREEN FREEZES multiple times and continue to blink randomly when not in used. And the tools that came with this product was useless as it had no magnetic on the screw drivers. Well it didn't matter since I had multiple tools to repair. But, seeing so many poor quality control raised awareness that this product is no longer great as before. I will be no longer purchasing the screen replacement from this brand. Too frustrating and time wasting to reorder all over again to deal with constant same hectic issues. Unless they improve the quality issues, recommend looking for another brand.
