New Balance Men's Fresh Foam X 1080 V14 Running Shoe

Right out of the box I was impressed with how good they look. The colors compliment each other and are very subtle and go with anything. Now for what I consider to be more important. I normally wear a size 11 and that is what I ordered. They run true to size and fit perfectly. I couldn't have gotten a better fit if I had gone to a store and tried them on. They fit like a glove with a roomy toe box but not too wide. I have found the traction to be good on all surfaces and not "sticky" like some of my other shoes on tile or concrete. Compared to other brands that I did check in stores, these are lighter or equally lightweight and much lighter than shoes I already own. I do not run much anymore for various reasons but for walking or even standing on hard surfaces for long periods they are great. They are very plush and comfortable. I did try on another brand that was supposed to have maximum cushioning and there was no comparison. These are so much more plush and soft I was actually surprised and I love the fact that they did not need to be broken in, great as soon as I put them on. As someone that walks at a pretty quick pace and is definitely a heel striker, these absorb shock completely when walking and would be good for running. The quality is what you would expect from New Balance, they are absolutely one of the top brands. Even though I haven't owned them long they show no wear. They still fit great and bonus is they are very cool and do not make my feet hot even after wearing for a long period. As I said, I don't run much but for really long walks or standing for long periods, these are great. These are the only shoes I own that after wearing all day my feet still feel as comfortable as when I have just put them on. No buyers remorse at all. I would buy them again and highly recommend them

I’ve been using the Fresh Foam X 1080 v14 for a little over a week now, and the comfort is unmatched. The cushioning is plush but still feels stable enough for long walks and daily runs. The upper material is breathable and fits true to size. If you're looking for a shoe that saves your knees and feels like walking on clouds, this is it. Highly recommended!

I am a healthcare worker, so I'm on my feet a lot. Hospital flooring is hard on the feet so I need cushion...a lot of cushioning. I also need wide sized for my wide feet. NB 1080s are my favorite work shoes and have been so for over 10 years. I'm not a runner so I can't speak to that portion of buyers...but for those of us who need a solid, cushioning, comfortable work shoe...these are a great option. I know they aren't cheap, but I get a good year out of each pair. If you work on your feet in a busy environment then you know great shoes are worth every penny.

This is a max cushion shoe. Great for hanging out and going to the store. For me, personally, they are too soft for running or walking. Feels like walking in quicksand. It seems to take too much energy to rack up miles...it's like slogging through mud. They look fantastic...they are super comfortable. I need shoes with a bit of stability, and these really have none of that, so I always felt like I was sliding off the inside of the shoe. If you need a neutral shoe, and you like the max cushion...then you will love these. These are a really great show, they just were not for me due to being too soft and not enough stability.

I admit it. I don't write as many review as I used to, I'm a bit of a freeloader. Love to read reviews, but seem too busy to write them. These shoes made me want to drop everything else, and write this review. I have never pyut on a pair of shoes and just immediately felt so comfortable. They are like walking on a pleasant cloud. It's not overly bouncy or somehow dangerous feeling. It's just perfectly comfortable. I'm a big guy, I wear a size 12 4e. These shoes may as well have been custom made for my feet. Truly I cannot recommend these highly enough. They look sharp, are supportive and you can wear them all day.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend extra-wide even if you have normal-sized feet. They fit well, are durable and supportive.

The show was very comfortable. I world highly recommend for walking. However, for my feet, I needed less spongy feel and more sturdy support for long distance running I could have kept just for walking but I could not spend another 150 for a good running shoe
