I’m in my 40s and have recently had to switch to a gluten free diet due to an autoimmune disorder. I was in the dumps because I could not find a decent pancake mix. I had tried a few brands and even a few restaurants with gluten free options and I was let down every time. Gritty, odd taste, etc.. I had tried other King Arthur gluten free products and loved them so I decided to purchase this. Let me just say that these are not only the best gluten free pancakes I have ever had but they are also even better than other regular, non gluten free pancakes I have had. My husband said the same. They are not gritty at all, super fluffy and absolutely delicious. Will be buying more ASAP!

I love these size packets, they are so easy to make a family batch. We don't need to measure the kids know how much ingredients to add and how to mix it up in the bag so we don't need to dirty extra dishes!!

Makes fine pancakes, but it’s a tad sweet.

I purchased this mix for my toddler granddaughter's pancakes but after making her a couple, everyone tasted them and thought they were so good that I continued to make an entire batch! I have tried other gluten free mixes and you can tell right away that they are not the regular stuff but this, definitely health oriented, tastes great and easy to use.
