For someone elderly or not so computer literate, this is an excellent product. The instructions are easy to follow. It can be downloaded to either phone or computer. I was able to send the reports to my GP by email, but they can also be sent via WhatsApp, downloaded as PDF files on computer or printed out as hard copies. There are 2 concise manuals for phone app or computer, but the monitor also stores the readings which can be checked on the screen. If you have a possible heart problem, there is no extra stress about how to operate this. The monitor itself is light and pocket-sized, easy to carry if needed. Clear battery life indicator, display is clear to read. I am very satisfied with this product.

This is an excellent device. It is small, portable and very easy to set up, to use and to charge. You don't have to download the Emay app for it to work but it is better if you do, as you can share the results with others, and save them as a back-up on your computer for your own records (they are also stored on the device). It is very simple and quick to use - just place it on your bare left knee so the back electrode has skin contact, place thumbs over the front electrodes and hold for 30 seconds. The device gives instant results which you can download through the app, in less than a minute, to print out or share. For anyone with heart health concerns, it is a good way of self-monitoring and avoiding unnecessary trips to the doctor every time you feel a twinge. Of course, it doesn’t replace professional advice but when you get a 'no abnormalities' result it gives peace of mind, and if abnormalities are detected, you have the evidence to show your doctor. It stores information for two users, and is an essential piece of kit for anyone worried about heart health, especially those with occasional arrhythmias or (often harmless) ectopic beats. I have used the smaller version before but I prefer this 6-lead version as it gives a fuller picture. Highly recommended.

Simple to set up, works very easily giving a single or 6 lead ECG reading. Instantly visible on the machines screen, with the option of downloading to phone or PC for a larger scale view. Seems to be accurate in the assessment of the readouts, and is reassuring if normal, but very helpful in knowing when to consult further if not.

I purchased this item because I have atrial fibrillation and was looking for a stand alone monitor. It is a fantastically well made product for a great price. It is easy to set up and gives accurate readings with an analysis of any potential problems. I am highly delighted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this monitor to anyone thinking of buying. Paul.

only received the device on 12 July 25. The device was well packaged and very secure in its box. I found the instructions easy to follow and it is really clear how to use. The down load of the app was equally easy to download load from the App Store and set up. I downloaded to my iPad. This gives you much clearer results (in my opinion ) and makes the reading easier to view. I have completed 5 reading’s now and I am impressed of the professional lay out of the chart, it looks like the professional ones you get from a medical establishment ie your GP or emergency department. I now feel confident in capturing my heart rhythm when it plays up and sharing the results with the medical professionals. When I have ECG’s at the gp or ed it never captures the arrhythmia I have had. Now I can capture the readings with this simple to use Emay 6 lead ecg device. Read the instructions upon receiving your device, and then practice a couple of times on yourself. Simply hold both thumbs on the two pads left and right and place the bottom pad just above your bare left knee. Hold still for thirty seconds and you have your result. The beauty with this device is it tells you instantly what it detected. I connect it to my iPad via Bluetooth download and I can view the whole thirty second incident. You don’t need a senseless subscription either, what’s not to like. In breath if you are concerned with how your heart is performing this little machine will help give you some peace of mind, it does me. So far very pleased.

This was an order I placed on behalf of my dad, here is his review of the item. Great little device, compact and easy to set up and use. Having suffered heart failure, due to atrial fibrillation and requiring a cardioversion, I find it useful to monitor my heart when I feel any unusual rhythms. It has the advantage of having it's own display, so does not have to be connected to a phone to view the results. It also stores records which can be downloaded and printed out from the PC if you need to show them to your GP. I would recommend this monitor to anyone with concerns about their heart.

I have been looking for a wearable device, but settled on this one because of product reviews and thought I would give it a try. It was a little difficult at first to get a steady trace but after a couple of practices it settled down and I managed to reproduce two tests the same. I have persistent AF and wanted a portable device to use post cardioversion. It did immediately pick up AF. As a control, my wife used it as well and correctly said she had a normal pulse. I have given 4 stars as the product does require patience at first. The app is good and I use it on my IPad. I’m yet to use the PC version.

I am absolutely delighted with this product. It was so easy to set up, so quick & easy to use & gives instant feedback. I had no problem connecting to my mobile phone, where I also have all the readings stored & can see clearly. My next step is to connect to my laptop so that I can print out for, or email to, my doctor. This was definitely good value for money, so glad I bought it & gives me peace of mind.

Perfect Portable Heart Monitor that works very well. I really like the EMAY portable monitor because it can be used without needing my phone when doing a reading. That is incredibly convenient. For about 2 years, I have had a Kardia monitor, which has its own benefits, but you need to have your phone and the app running to be able to see the reading. Most of the time, if I experience weird symptoms, I don't want to have to spend the extra time fiddling with the phone and the app before I can even use a monitor, to make sure the episode is not missed. EMAY has the perfect device for just that. The features are great, and while I don't have the knowledge to read the ECG results, it will tell me immediately if there is any abnormality. This is my everyday heart monitor now.

I have a history of mitral valve prolapse syndrome (Barlow’s Syndrome). I felt that in 1980 and visited the cardiologist who let me see it in the ECG he performed for me. That appeared in the form of a Premature Ventricular Complex (PVC). Later, I followed up my case, everytime to undergo an ECG and get a report. Ten years ago, the cardiologist discovered Aortic Valve insufficiency with increased blood regurgitation of both the mitral and the aortic valves, a mild left ventricle hypertrophy and an increased number of PVCs. Recently, I felt that my case needed more frequent visits to the cardiologist for follow-up or, if there is someway, to try to observe oneslf at home. The Emay monitor seems to be an excellent device to use everday to see if there are any developments. This helps to decide on when to visit the cardiologist. My son who is a frequent customer of Amazon, decided to bring it as a gift to me. I am observing my ECG using this monitor on daily basis and I feel it is giving me peace of mind. Of course, according to the EMAY development team recommendations, if I feel any dangerous developments, I will immediately visit my cardiologist. Ordered EMAY 6L Portable ECG Monitor through Amazon after looking at all the reviews. Had considered the much advertised KardiaMobile. But my wife and I have a golden rule ... if something is advertised so much it must not be that great. So enough about that KM ... our EMAY 6L Portable ECG Monitor arrived well packed - reminded me a bit of how Apple ships their iPhones. Unit was extremely easy to set up. Also downloaded the iPhone app to aid in saving PDFs of the ECG chart reports. The app pairs very quickly with the EMAY 6L Portable ECG Monitor. I could then easily save the report to my iPhone and from there "share" via printing, email or via Google Drive. My wife had no problem getting readings on 6 leads even with dry hands, although at one point she did wash her hands to get a better contact. I did find that the best route for taking 6 lead readings was to place the monitor lead on my left knee and then using right and left thumbs of the top contacts. The monitor then clearly displays your ECG waves. It also counts down when to stop. Any dramatic movement will affect your readings causing spikes in the ECG wave display. The monitor will also alert you with a diagnosis such as "no abnormalities", "tachycardia" (fast pulse - which could occur after exercise, stress, a meal with processed meats and sodium, etc), and "potential PVC" and others). The manual is very easy to understand with clear instructions and color pictures. The diagnosis results are also clearly described. So nice to be able to get ECG results at home. Perhaps not as accurate as the hospital but then again we use wrist blood pressure monitors, finger oxygen meters and infrared thermometers to track our health vitals and those are close enough to hospital results. The monitor has a rechargeable internal battery via USB. It was fully charged when we received the monitor. Very happy with this new health monitoring device for our family! And one more thing ... no ridiculous subscription to have to worry about that incurs fees or even your personal data being breached.

The EMAY 6L mobile ECG was very easy to set up; it was already fully charged when it arrived and was ready to go to work. It was surprisingly easy to use and found all the electrical signals it needed for the six channels to start recording after only a couple of seconds. It paired to my Android phone bluetooth with no problem, although if you have no immediate need to print a copy of the ECG graph or send it your doctor, you don't have use your phone at all, and there is no subscription required. It has a very readable screen on the front of the device, unlike some of the competitors for which you have to use your phone to view the graphics. In addition to the 6 channel monitoring, it gives information on your heart rate. It also will provide just a single channel reading by placing left and right hand thumbs on the front sensors, which gives just the basic ECG graphic without the additional details. To activate the 6 channels, just place the device on the LEFT knee or ankle so that the sensor on the back of the device makes direct contact with the skin. In addition to providing the ECG graphics, it does, in real time, provide an analysis of the results and will report if there are any abnormalities. Fortunately, so far, all my tests have reported "no abnormalities", but I thought I would test what happens if I do something to confuse it, and it immediately reported that there was an abnormality. The device seems well made and sturdy, is comfortable to hold and make contact with all the sensors, and is a good size to carry with you on a daily basis or when traveling. Unfortunately, it does not come with a carrying case, which would be handy if you wish to take it with you outside the home environment. (A separate case is available though for sale) Lastly, customer service was exceptional; shortly after I received the product, they contacted me via email to check that I had received it and to see that everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions about using it. I was impressed by that level of customer support! All in all, I highly recommend the device to do what it is designed for, and I recommend the seller for their excellent customer care.
