Unfortunately my psoriasis gets extremely bad, covering half my head. A small movement from my head and I’ve flakes falling as though it’s a snowy day. Prescription medication is generally steroid based and it has a negative effect if used regularly. I try to use it only once a week, but in the meantime I needed something to effectively remove the flaky loose skin; it is an embarrassing condition as well as horrendously itchy and often painful. It’s extremely difficult to not scratch. I tried a different product from Amazon with a hefty price tag which was brand for psoriasis. Omg, once applied the stinging was unbearable, which I may have put up with if it helped. I used the whole container as directed and the results were poor. In fact, I’ve used too many different products to count. I was wary of purchasing yet another product, but my son wanted some to lift minor flaky scalp, probably a build up of product on his scalp. I felt even if it didn’t help me, it would hopefully assist him. Im aware of this brand for offering premium products at a low price, which are highly sought after. I used it the day it arrived, although cautiously and awaiting the stinging…but I felt zero irritation, nothing except the cold liquid running through my scalp. It’s a water like substance, therefore take it steady when squeezing the container and use it somewhere appropriately, incase of spillage. I probably left it on double the time by accident as I dozed off. Thankfully no adverse effects. I showered and washed and conditioned my hair as normal and proceeded to blow dry my hair. I was extremely surprised to find my scalp to what I could feel as 100% flake free and my scalp felt clean and smooth. I will add I’d previously applied my psoriasis treatment a few days previously and my scalp was only inflamed and flaky slightly. My hair was also very clean and I had lots of baby hairs sticking out, I’d say this is from dehydration from this product. A major amount of my hair was too dry as I used a lot of this product. In future, I will use a hair mask afterwards. It didn’t ‘treat’ my psoriasis and approximately 3 days later my flakiness and itching started to return. However, I’m extremely happy with the product, it certainly worked as advertised and I will continue to use it as an in between treatment to keep my flakes under control. Fantastic product, very easy to use, excellent results and fantastic value. I will definitely re purchase when needed.

Iv tried soo many products for scalp psoriasis! My scalp gets worse each winter to the point where iv experienced hair loss. Im so pleased to finally find something that helps lift the scale and calm the itch. Very easy to use, doesnt sting and not much is needed to coat scalp. Not a cure but has relieved the symptoms greatly. Would reccomend.

I use this as a pre-shampoo treatment and this is my second time purchasing. I can’t say it eliminates flaky or dry scalp, but it does make my scalp feel cleaner and healthier. The downside is the nozzle can be a little leaky which is frustrating and application is far from mess-free.

Definitely got rid of scalp build up and my hair looked less greasy for longer. I also get breakouts around my hairline and this prevented those from reappearing

It’s expensive - I used the whole bottle in one week and haven’t noticed any major difference. It leaves a residue on my hair despite washing after using, which was a little annoying. I think it does exfoliate the scalp, and it feels really nice when applied. But I’m not sure how well it works.

This is so good for dandruff, I’m an avid skin picker on my scalp and it’s helped stop me doing that because it isn’t as flaky.

Performance: It is actually a really good product. Removes dandruff and in my case has reduced the rate of new flakes as well. I have tried many products including prescribed by Doctor, this product has our-performed all options I have personally used. Usage: Left it for 10 min for the first use, it worked. Next time left if longer and did a better job. Personally, I use it twice a week and leave it on for couple of hours before wash and that works very well for me. Application: Applicator can be better. Consistency/viscosity is similar to water so be very careful or you can waste the product easily. Once I accidently applied more than I wanted to but had no side effect. Comfort: I have sensitive scalp and I found product to be gentle. No burning sensation for me.

It’s helpful for dry scalp.

I use this product once a week. I keep for about 10 mins before I shampoo my hair. It has really worked well for me. It reduces scalp itching and does not dry out my scalp. I have bought this product multiple times and will keep using it to improve my scalp health.

Love it, but still have to try a bit longer to see if it helps with greasy hair
