This FOCEMTA Circuit Breaker Finder Kit is a huge time saver. It makes identifying breakers quick and painless, especially in panels that aren’t labeled (or are labeled wrong). The GFCI outlet tester works great, and the included adapters — light socket adapter, 3-to-2 prong grounding adapter, and clip adapter — make it easy to test just about any circuit. The signal is clear and accurate, and I was able to find the correct breaker on the first pass. Everything stores neatly in the included carrying case, which is a nice bonus and keeps all the pieces together. If you do electrical work even occasionally, this tool is absolutely worth it. Reliable, easy to use, and saves a ton of time.

Though it doesn’t feel as sturdy as my Klein set, this tracer works well, finding the breakers I needed and was a great buy. Customer service was REALLY great too. I would recommend it for anyone who needs to locate breakers for any receptacle, light or circuit.

Worked perfectly for me. While not doing a major electrical change or repair, I needed the circuit breaker finder to do a simple task. For some reason, whoever installed the outlets in my house, screwed them in upside down. Meaning, the round ground whole was up, while the hot and neutral slot holes were down. In every house and apartment I ever lived, it the outlet ground hole was down. Looking into whether or not this is an electrical code Bozo-no-no, I found that it doesn't matter which way the outlets are installed. But then...it does. I was buying some night lights for different rooms in my house and found that there are some that have a plastic ground pin. If inserted into one of my outlets, the night light would be upside down. I could cut off the plastic pin, but maybe it's there to keep the light steady and secured in the outlet. I thought about what other electrical items that might need the ground hole down. I decided that I wanted to turn all of my outlets to what I've always considered "right-side-up". May seem useless to some of you, but it works for me, even if only esthetically. The outlet tester showed all outlets tested to be correctly wired, and the receiver found all the correct circuit breakers. This is a keeper tool for me.

Great tool to find the circuit breakers. I used it and found and marked the breaker as the former owner didn't mark the breakers well. I recommend this tool .

just worked. good value. be patient in using - took me some trial & error to get scan speed & techinique reliable but not a bad learning curve. mfg provided email address for support & was very responsive.

Works great. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. A good price for what you get. Definitely worth it. Purchased due to a new home purchase and it helped a great deal. Very accurate and helped find the issues quickly rather than having to pay someone to check them all can just have them fix the ones that need to be fixed. Also give me peace of mind knowing they aren't getting over on me. If you never used one before, it's simple and has instructions. Also comes with the necessary batteries.

The first time I used it and checked, it identified some breakers correctly, but some were not. The next day, it identified just one breaker incorrectly and stuck on it, regardless of where I plugged the transmitter. I did rescan the breaker panel a few times, but nothing changed. I had to return it.
