Amazon発送のものを、返品サポートもあるから購入しましたが、返品できませんでした。 まず土踏まずの位置がアジア人と欧米人の違いか、全然違うところにあります。 踵のクッションが分厚くやわらかいので、気をつけて歩かないと足挫きます。 評価高いですが、詐欺レベルでした。二度と買いません。

Is light and comfortable, fits well to any shoe as no trimming needed.

I was having pain in my knees because my shoes were bending inwards, the insoles helped level that out and are very comfortable to wear. Although the could be slightly bigger as they they do no fit the entire shoe
