Lemon destroyed the carrot juice taste. Carrot juice has distinct taste mild and pleasant with minimum sugar when you had lemon juice to it lemon will overpower the carrot juice. I love lemon. But I personally think you can not mix certain thing specially if they they have mild taste. Imagine adding lemon to beet juice unless you want to make some of the delicious concoctions with some alcoholic drinks.

Carrot juice is supposed to be delicious. Why then they decided to RUIN THE CARROT TASTE with lemon juice is beyond me. Bolthouse doesn't, why does Lakewood?? Just awful.

Lemon added which takes away the sweetness to the carrot juice. Didn’t like that.
