## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it capable of mapping more than 1 pool?**
A: Yes, the Dolphin cleaners do not remember the pool. Therefore it can map multiple pools.

**Q: How long is the actual cord?**
A: I don’t know the exact length but it is pretty long, but the cord kinks and gets twisted and it ended up doing wheelies in the pool all day so I returned mine. I plan on getting one with the swivel, it is worth the extra money cause the pool vacuum really works…..when it works

**Q: Can you direct the vacuum on where to clean? We borrowed a dolphin and it never wanted to clean the tanning deck... it just kept going to main pool**
A: Yes, you can do that by selecting this option on the iPhone app. Contrary to the manufacturer's statement, this robot WILL NOT clean your pool walls or waterline or stairs. Nor will it clean your pool bottom efficiently.
This thing does a better job on a square or rectangular pool with no cove around the bottom perimeter. Any ledges in your pool? Watch the robot quit.

**Q: Dolphin nautilus cc plus robotic pool cleaner where do i get extra clips for the filters? i will break these soon.**
A: I’m not sure. I am very gentle when cleaning my filter for that reason. Maybe google the part?
