Love this
Very quality product. I have worn the Apple Watch to track my stats but I decided to try something new. So I did some research and found the whoop. I have had it for approximately 1 month and am enjoying it thoroughly. It provides very in-depth statistics but also simple enough for the general audience to understand. The versatility allowing you to wear it 24/7, no matter the terrain elevates the product beyond many other health trackers. It builds your reputation over time so that the statistics are more and more specific to you. Additionally, the battery life and charging aspect are superior to many others on the market. The tracker by itself has a 14+ day battery life on 1 single charge and the portable power pack is small and lightweight allowing you to leave the tracker on all the time. Very pleased!

Amazing, thank you!
This Whoop band is amazing. It is so validating to spend hours calling doctors, dealing with disability insurance companies, going to appointments, to say “my whole body feels fuzzy/tingly inside, and my head feels stuffed with cotton/brain fog” to tyen have the Whoop app say “that completely makes sense with what the Stress the Whoop band is registering from your body”! The doctors can’t see what my body feels, but tge Whoop app confirms that it is not all in my head. And in fact, there are signs my body is giving off. Thank you so much. I have functional neurological disorder. The whoop band and app has been helping me keep track of what triggers my flare ups, it’s helping me keep track of my hydration (because I don’t currently feel thirst), it is helping with suggestions to set up my health care binder for organizing all my medical care, etc… I can’t express, Really, how Grateful I am for the help of Whoop. And it functions well. I have had it for a week already, and it hasn’t had any connection issues or functional issues. The ONLY thing is that I have to remember to leave the Whoop app open and running in the background. Or it disconnects from the bands bluetooth. But it is a very minor thing. I love that I can shower with the band on, Which I have verified by taking multiple showers while wearing it. And, I bought the wireless charging pack which is a genius way of charging my Whoop band, without me having to take my band off my wrist. I truly can’t say enough positives about this product!

Good product, be careful of accessories working
Love my whoop, like being able to measure everything. I purchased some wristbands, and they are cheap, don’t fit work great. I got a malfunction- customer service made me go through hoops to show it doesn’t work, probably so I’d give up, and i did.

Best health tracking tool!
Can’t say enough good things about my WHOOP. It has made me want to be a healthier person and get better sleep. I am now monitoring my day-to-day activities and my sleep so I can be in my optimal health. If you care about tracking your fitness recovery and sleep, I don’t believe there’s a better product than WHOOP. Battery life lasts a long time. I barely think about having to charge it. I have compared to the heart rate to my Apple Watch and seems to be on point. If tracking your lifestyle is important to you, just do it!

I love my Whoopp. Been amazing purchase. Insightful and AI is generally helpful though it could use tweaking. I tried oura ring and Hume band. And of course I have Apple Watch. This is best of all of them for improving health

Juice Not Worth the Squeeze
This review will be a bit more in-depth. Some quick background before I begin - I have been a fitness wearable enthusiast since the early days of Fitbit (RIP). In terms of activity, I do a lot of weightlifting, but I mix in a healthy dose of several other sports. My daily driver has been a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro for the past several years and I absolutely love that device! I bought the Whoop 5.0 Peak after a long search for a screenless wearable that would be able to continue tracking my health/fitness stats when I wore a different (non-fitness tracking) watch. The Whoop, of course, was the most expensive option on the market, which is the first strike against it. If we're being real - $250/year for a screenless device that you don't own and won't get to keep if/when you cancel is absurd. As it stands there are significantly cheaper options that you can buy once and keep for life, and these cheaper options don't sacrifice quality or tracking accuracy. My experience with the device wasn't too bad (I actually planned to give the Whoop 3 stars, but the more I thought about the price, I just couldn't justify 3 stars). The device itself is well made, and looks nice. The band also had a quality feel and look to it, but in terms of wearability - I hated the Whoop. Part of the benefit of a screenless device is to be comfortable, and almost invisible. You should forget you're wearing it, and that absolutely never happened for me. I wore my Whoop every single day for 24 hours a day during my entire trial period, and the Whoop was *incredibly* uncomfortable! This is coming from someone who has worn a large, heavy Garmin watch 24/7 for the past 3 years! In fact, my Garmin is roughly *3 times heavier* than the Whoop! Again, just stunned at how uncomfortable it was! The way that the Whoop clasps is obnoxious, and would pinch my arm hair regularly. Because of the clasping mechanism it was very difficult to adjust, and was always too tight or too loose. It would be flopping around my wrist, or it would leave a large indent in my forearm from the HR sensor. I want to stress, I have worn probably a dozen different watches and fitness trackers over the last 10 years and this was without a doubt the most uncomfortable device I've ever had attached to my arm. Another small complaint about wearability - the excess strap that is supposed to sit tucked underneath the band would constantly work itself out from underneath the band, and I thought it just looked trashy. I've seen this same thing happen with other Whoop wearers, and I just hated having to constantly fidget with it to get it tucked back underneath the band. I hate to keep banging the price drum, but for $250 PER YEAR, I can't even get a band that stays in place. I thought that the Whoop did an excellent job tracking activities. It was step for step with my Garmin, but keep in mind that watch has been released for 6 years now. This is the best Whoop has to bring to the table, and I didn't notice really any improvement in my HR tracking, step tracking, sleep tracking, HRV, calories burned from what my Garmin was already telling me. I genuinely believe that Whoop has a great fitness tracker here, but the pricepoint is just outrageous. If this device was sub $100 I'd be all over it, but $250/year and it's not showing much improvement over devices that have been on the market for half a decade - unacceptable. I also loved Whoop's app interface. I thought it was excellent. The sheer amount of data that it presents, and the way in which it presents it, is awesome. But once again, it's very difficult to justify a $250/year pricetag for a nice app interface. I thought that the charging set up was very innovative, but I just didn't enjoy wearing the Whoop in general so having to wear it while it was charging kind of just stole an excuse I would've had to get the thing off my wrist...lol! Overall, price and wearability absolutely ruined this device for me. I know that's not the case for everyone, but that was just my experience after over 700 hours of wearing the device. If this device was ~$100 to own, I might consider it. Even then, after hundreds of hours of wear I just hated having it on my wrist. To sum up, when it comes to the Whoop, the juice just ain't worth the squeeze. [P.S. In case you didn't gather from the review, it went back after the 30 days.]

This wearable is the pioneer in focussing on recovery and sleep. I can understand the concern about the renewal fee, but this truly does give you major results. If you’re not someone who is willing to spend a time every day to input as much as you possibly can into this app, then you will not see the results you want. The more you feed into it the more it can do for you. The strength trainer part is really cool too because it can recommend workouts for you or you can pick your own workouts and put them together in the list. Each workout also has a video to show you how to do it so you can do it at home. If you Journal every day it gives you a real results about how it affects you. Sometimes you don’t realize what foods can actually affect you or how alcohol/coffee can affect you. If you take supplements, you can input them and it’ll show you how it affects your recovery. If you’re someone who likes the gamify things, this can be a real game changer. You get out what you put in. Want to know what a sauna does to your body? Want to know what a cold shower does for your recovery? Want to know how much strain your muscles are specifically going through when you’re lifting weights? Want to know what the best stretch routine routines are for morning and night? It’ll give you everything you want. It’s honestly changed my life.

Preis-Leistung passt absolut, da man kontinuierlich hochwertige Auswertungen erhält.
