Based on other reviews, here are some points to ponder if you are looking at purchasing this watch. Mine came in with all the tags and warranty card in a standard Citizen case. (It did not come in the fancy tank packaging (Amazon may want to remove this picture rom the listing), it came in the white and grey box as shown on the Citizen website for this watch). For a 44mm case it does look smaller than expected. For me, it fits nice on my wrist and is comfortable. The rubber band is a bit stiff but still comfortable and for the price, easily replaced if needed. Keep note, this is an Eco drive watch so it needs light to operate. More than likely it will come with no charge. What this means is once you open the box, it will slowly start working. At first the second hand will jump 2 seconds at a time. This does not mean the watch is broken, it is actually a signal showing a low charge. For me, I sat the watch under a lamp in my spare room over night and in the morning the watch was working fine.
