Meets expectations!
This is a solid bike. I have been enjoying it. Range is 38 miles with minimal pedaling. The bike is a bit heavier than others, but the power makes it manageable.

Small part
Had a small part missing and contacted support and they fixed the problem right away. Great service people to work with and great company. Highly recommend the bike also as it is built well.

Not water tight at all.
Water got inside the controller case through a huge hole on the bottom of the crank case. Burned up one of the connectors. They don't provide a warranty.

Awesome Bike
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best bike I ever had. Very powerful. Great for around town errands.

Very good quality and definitely worth the price!
I purchased the bike and I was impressed by the quality and the way it handles even in rough terrain. Please don't hesitate to purchase this bike as I know for sure you wont regret it.

Awesome ebike
Great bike. Easy to assemble and rides like a dream. Customer service was great too, they reached out to see if I was happy with the bike.
