a great product that relieved much of my arthritic knee pain, but unfortunately, I have had to discontinue using because it caused a feeling of nausea though I took it with food. It's too bad because it is really effective--and potent. I did some research and found that some people had the same experience. I plan to try again just to see--maybe combining it with aloe vera or licorice to coat the stomach.

I am not finding this Boswellia AKBA any different from other Boswellia I have taken. I think my best experience may have been the ones with black pepper added in. Unfortunately a lot of brands with black pepper become unavailable. The one i had before seem to stem my migraines with auras to once every two weeks instead of weekly. I am getting them more than ever currently. I am also trying Qulipta for that but while i thought it was helping.......now I am thinking it may have been the boswellia with black pepper was helping because I am still taking Qulipta. My sister's headaches abated with Boswellia (at a high dose) totally. she has been migraine free for a few years taking boswellia which was suggested to her by a neurologist. I do find Boswellia may subside morning aches and lifts my mood a bit.....so for that reason I will will continue supplements of Boswella. AS it turns out the seller reached out to me after reading this review and made me an offer i couldn't refuse. Pure is a Good company to deal with.

I have had great results with Pure brand supplements. It seems to me that many supplements are better absorbed with black pepper, however, so I am waiting to see how this works after taking it for a few months. This brand does not have black pepper in it. I also am concerned about the cost. It is expensive but again, an outstanding company. Maybe I can afford to take it long enough to help with the arthritis and if it is helpful, I will happily change the review. My friends who have taken this supplement have had good results so I remain hopeful.

Added this to my curcumin/black pepper/fish oil regimen. I feel no different. Disappointment and waste of money.

was hoping this would work with my painful back spasms due to degenerative OA and RA... Unfortunately, no. Stomach freaked out and had loose bowels for the few days I took it. It was the only new supplement I added to my daily supplements. I was on a turmeric with black pepper supplement for a month which did nothing for pain. Felt Boswella might help with the spasms. Didn't work. Maybe someone else would get relief but not me.
