Good alternative supplement than continuous medicine intake

Combination of gotu kola and Bhrami is excellent. Gotu kola is cool in nature where bhrami is slightly warm in nature. Combination of both is very good

I cant digest meat. So in order to digest it well, I take 2 tablets a day when I eat non-veg food. It helps me a lot to enjoy eggs and meat. However I always prefer to eat papaya as a fruit, but during travelling this helps me.

Not so effective for the purpose

Not useful. Not a good extract. Did not have any positive effect. May not be hygienic enough. But good that it does not have fillers.
