以前は18センチの使ってましたが今回はもう少し長めにしました。白菜やキャベツなどの大きい野菜半分にするのが楽になりました。適度な重さと切れ味で使ってて楽しいです。人によっては18センチくらいのほうが取りまわししやすいかと思いますが、使い分けする人なら問題ないと思います。

The knife is very sharp and easy to handle. Its weight is ideal and comfortable for me. It can cut every kind of ingredients.

出刃包丁に続いて牛刀も関孫六に。 安定の切れ味。 刀身の長さに反し、重く感じない。 槌目が珍しく、思いのほか気に入った。

斬れ味抜群で、握りやすく使いやすいです。

料理をする時の包丁の切れ味が良いとテンションが上がります。使い勝手もとても良いです。

料理番組の影響で調理に興味をもち、笠原将弘さんの手捌きに憧れ道具も大事と関孫六を購入。この包丁は価格、姿形、手触り、剛性、切れ味など考えられるもの全て良好で想像以上。試した長ネギの微塵切りも素晴らしい仕上がりで、とてもお買い得です。

Fantastic knife. Delivered in quick time

Had this knife for a few years, knife is OK, a bit expensive. Handle is a bit thin, I wear large gloves. Steel hardness is a bit soft, would need sharpening every month. I used it constantly 5 days a week in kitchen work.

Great knife and super sharp

Easy to handling and light. And i'm really like the pattern.
