Bring your balance!
These were a gift for our daughter’s boyfriend who is an avid skier. He wanted something with less bulk to take skiing every now and then. He really liked them but you have to readjust your balance and how you ski due to the lack of length of the ski itself. The product is durable and works well. Just know you’ll need to take some time to adjust your skills to the shorter skis. He’s really enjoying using them though!

NOT ONE SIZE
These might work if you have a size 12-13 shoe but for a women’s 7 no way. The straps don’t even reach the toe of the shoe and it puts all your weight on the rear, GOOD LUCK balance is center not rear so down you go. They glide fine in powder snow with 110lb person but. Might not even support the person with size 12-13 shoe. Save your money or get some that the boot holder is adjustableThese just do not make the cut. I am returning them.

Requires hard snow and light bodies
I am 205lb and tried these at a park after 6inches and didn’t go anywhere. Coefficient of friction is way too high.

Solid cheap mini skis
My use: skiijoring behind my dog on iced streets, side walks, ungroomed hiking trails2024 not a great winter in terms of snow but montana got enough to break these guys out and rip around. The bindings are the weakest link, as the teeth aren’t super tight and the foam and leather is cheap, the review that called it craft foam is correct. I don’t think the distributor is the manufacturer, but it’s odd that for the rest of ski being decent quality that they would not make it a single plastic piece. But it works.Mini skis are not the same athleticness as normal skis. Think roller blades on ice and you’re pretty close. Downhill or behind a dog is almost easier than flat skating because your balance doesn’t have to change, but mini skis aren’t allowed on most lifts and 4+ inches of powder is a no go. I’m decently experienced and I will not use these without a helmet, mainly because I use them on snowpacked or iced sidewalks and roads, but also because you will occasionally fall.

These are so cool!
I live in Northeast Ohio and every year I dread winter. This year I’m excited! I can’t wait to use these. I am a quad skater and a hiker. These look like they will be a blast!

I haven’t used them yet but they are exactly what I was hoping for! I can’t wait to get fresh powder to use these!

Broke after two hours on the beginner track.
It's an interesting design concept but the quality can really be better. The back strip made of hard plastic broke after merely two hours of use on a beginner track. I fell so hard and sprained my ankle :(

Actually pretty heavy
They're heavy. Definitely cant play kickball in them. They work ok. Needs lots of snow and a good size ski slope. Can't just use them in the back yard or on a bunny hill.
