This syrup is incredible and has become a staple for anything whiskey in our house. It takes all the guesswork out of making a classic old fashioned or whiskey sour. Really good stuff. Has a deep color and great flavor. Excellent for muti purpose uses. I have tried it in old fashioned and it certainly takes it up a notch.

High quality syrup that really brings an old fashioned together

We ordered an old fashioned drink at the Saltgrass Steakhouse in San Antonio and it was unique and delicious, different from our normal drinks. I asked the bartender what was his secret and he held up a bottle of Liber & Co classic gum syrup. He used it in place of simple sugar. We found out it was made in Austin TX. I ordered 2 bottles and blew my buddies away with the Old Fashions I made. Just use the same recipe and replace Simple Syrup with This product. You won’t go back👍😎

I've tried multiple OF mixes and this is my fave so far. Syrup is thick and flavorful. Just ordered a 2nd bottle. However, i do think this product is over priced, thus only 4 stars

Subtle but noticeable improvement, in place of simple syrup or agave syrup, in an Old Fashioned.

I had issues with the delivery but right now I’m just giving my opinion after trying it at a friends house. This product is amazing. It elevates the flavors to a Bar/Restaurant level. Very impressed. God job and good luck.

Perfect for old fashions. Bartender used this once and was hooked. So much better than syrup or sugar cubes.

Any time I ever tell somebody about this I’m explaining to them what it is for the first time and was the case with me too when I first bought it here. Since then, it is the secret ingredients in my coffee and makes the most delicious cup of coffee, by adding a hint of caramel like body to it. Since the first time I tried it I was hooked. I plan on trying it on my pancakes one day. I asked ChatGPT if it would be a good idea and it said to warm it up a little in the microwave and I would enjoy quite a lot. Can’t wait to see. It will be a whole by hell of a lot more natural of a topping than high fructose corn syrup based 'table syrup' that’s for sure. But maple syrup still reigns king 👑

I needed an emulsifier for making smoked bourbon old-fashioneds ... my cocktails have been noticeably improved. Good tip from a bartender pointed me here and a good product for my needs.
