Do these have an expiration date?

While there is some sort of code number stamped on the box, there does not appear to be an expiration date. My partner & I can't begin to relay just how grateful we are for these in reducing our snoring & increasing deeper sleep! I just ordered 2 more boxes to avoid running out.

How to I find the correct size break downs.

As far as I know, one size fits all. I use it off center and it still works fine

The strips are made of different materials. I have tried the red and the green; both allow free breathing while I sleep. The better one for me has been green. They all stick, but peeling off the red after a night's sleep would often leave my nose red and sore. The green sticks well for me, and it pulls off easily. Be sure to wash the application area before applying.

will this work with a nostril piercing?

Maybe, I don’t have a nose piercing but if it’s a small one I think it will be fine and as long as it’s not a new piercing. It might get some of the glue on it so it might require cleaning after removing the strip as well. If it’s a bulky piercing or a ring one that goes over the nostril, it might be a bit uncomfortable or it might not hold well. These strips are rigid though, it might be more beneficial if you get the softer ones that look like bandaids that have more flexibility and can therefore fit more comfortably over the piercing
