Arrived quickly - well packaged.3 small rechargable via usb units come with it so you can fix to your abs region along with the two for each arm at the same time should you wish.The gel pads seem to stick fairly well with a little hair around the abs region, usual kind of weird feeling to start with but certainly not uncomfortable. Long term results are unknown whether it actually will do anything profound but easy to stick it on whilst watching tv at night etc. Along side gym work - will update with results in a month or so.Overall - nicely presented, usb rechargeable is a great idea, extra gel pads also included. So far so good.

This product is so ineffective I turned it off after literally a few minutes. The ads show the device putting good pressure to try and acquire 6 pack toning however even when set to abdomen setting at the highest level of 9 it barely puts any pressure on the abs.Doing 10 sit ups would have more affect.

Got this last week but just getting a look now. Can echo the other review that says that the instructions are bad. They're awful! Nigh on unintelligible. The packaging seems very low quality too.The item itself seems to work fine though and seems much better quality. Nice sticky gel pads that conduct current well, a sturdy feeling wire that charges all 3 controllers at the same time and the pads themselves that the gel pads stick to feel nice as well. Good for the price if you're confident finding your own way with no instructions but not recommended otherwise unfortunately.

As a regular gym user, I knew this sort of product wouldn't produce the wonders they suggest they do - however I am pleasantly surprised with the strength of this set. I had to leave it on the lower settings, so apparently I must be a bit of a wimp!The instructions for this set are dreadful, but when you start unwrapping you soon realise that it isn't that difficult to use. The durability of the devices themself are good and general quality is good. Not sure how long the pads will last and how often new ones need to be purchased just yet. USB Charging makes life easier, with all the USB points around our house.It does comes with 12 pads, unlike another reviewers comment - it's just that the initial batch are actually pre-stuck to the devices. I didn't quite realise this until unpacking another set, but thankfully it was on the smaller device used for arms etc.I do a lot of squatting at the gym, nothing too heavy, but one of the issues I can end up with if I hit it too hard is spontaneous twitchy leg muscles. This can leave me sleepless etc and is actually one of the reasons for purchasing such a device, because I hoped it would "override" the twitching. Strangely, after 15 minutes of having one of these devices attached, it does actually seem to stop the spontaneous twitching.Therefore it is a lifesaver in that regard. Nothing worse than regretting pushing yourself! :)Be realistic about a produce like this though, it should accompany hard gym work, to give you the best results!

Okay, so this is a pretty cheap item in this category, I get that. However, for an item of this kind where health/exercise is involved, decent instructions are a must.The instructions that come with this item have few pictures and make almost no sense! It's clear that they haven't been written or checked by someone with a working knowledge of English.For example, under the heading "Usage method" the first sentence is "1) use the body parts that you have used to clean the pads." (What does this mean???) Or how about "do not attach the 'power on' because it can cause shock".Having said that, after one use the product does seem to work fairly well, both on the abs and the smaller pads on the arms also. It also comes with a full set of 12 spare adhesive gel pads to fit over the electrodes, and a USB splitter to charge all three power boxes at once. If you've used similar products before, and don't mind throwing away the useless instructions you might want to give this a try.Hope you've found this review helpful!

I bought this to work along side a diet and running plan. I have to admit I was spectacle as I bought one of these about 10 year ago and to be honest it was a faff to use as you had to put gel over your body and once it ran out i never bought anymore.So upon receiving this the first thing i noticed is how thin and light it is. The package includes the main AB pad that can be used on the waist and back too and the arm/leg pad that can also be used on the shoulders.It comes with 3 main units that are straightforward to use, and also a USB cable for charging.The good thing about this is that it also comes with 12 gel stick on pads and each one can be used up to about 30 times. Looking online replacements can be bought cheap enough too.Anyway once I stuck it to my ab region and turned it on what i felt was weird at first but then became enjoyable like getting a massage. I did find if I moved about it would come loose and then it would become a tad uncomfortable but thats probably because of the hair!I tried it on the arms too but had to take it off as I was on the computer and couldn't control the mouse!!Its still early days but i'm going to try and use this as much as possible. Oh and the good thing about it is its rechargeable.

Pretty disappointing product to be honest but it doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't. No way this is going to give you abs, doubtful if it will firm up what you have. Use it on a sore thigh muscle at the moment, quite good for that
