I purchased this tablet and had it for just four months and all of a sudden it just started stopping what I was doing and switching to games, any game. I couldn't read on it, couldn't use the internet. All it would do was play games.I called Amazon and got a hold of a person that I couldn't understand but she kept insisting that I needed to purchase something for $20.00 that would do something! Don't know what! I got angry and told her that that tablet was only 4 months old. But she just kept repeating herself. So as you can probably guess I got nowhere. I have called repeatedly and get the same results. I have purchased quite a few of these tablets but this is probably will be my last. Right now I am using an older one that can't hole a charge. But at least I can use it.
