This is the perfect red for someone with a yellow undertone, shade 125 Maison Marais. It's so hard to find red that's not too blue and also not too light for my caramel complexion. This is my perfect red. I can even wear it without makeup, whereas most reds are too far off my natural coloration for me to where them with bare skin. This is all around going to be my go to red. Wear: I love how moisturizing this lipstick is. This brand and line is always like that and this one doesn't disappoint. In the pic you see with this review I'm wearing just the lipstick, not primer, lip liner, gloss, balm or anything else. (Also no foundation around it, so bear skin.) Even after blotting and eating, I still had a beautiful red tint all day. Color match in photos: The monitor doesn't show how the red pops as much as the photo on my phone, which matches what I see in the mirror, but I share the photo anyway so that you can see how the color goes with my complexion in case you have about the same skin color as me. That is consistent, since both the lipstick and my skin are both made a tad browner than they really are in this browser rendering. This makes the lipstick look more rust than it actually is. The second photo is with a filter, and that unfortunately makes both my skin and the lipstick look lighter than they are! I just can't manage a true color match with my equipment and editing skills, I'm afraid. Hopefully this is still helpful for those of you trying to do a color match.

I've used L'Oreal lipstick for years. First time ordering the product on line. The color was not as I expected. It is darker than I normally wear. The color is pretty but I prefer a little lighter color on me. So, what I do is go over the dark color with a lighter colored lipstick. This seem to work.
