NOW THE HONEY WAS NOT VERY LIQUID INSIDE, MORE PAST LIKE WHICH IS NOT AS FRESH. I HAD SOME FROM CANADA AND IT WAS CHEAPER WITH THE POLLON AND ROYAL JELLY IN IT PLUS DOUBLE THE SIZE. IT DOES NOT SEEM AS STRONG AS THE CANADIAN ONE THAT I HAD. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF YOU CANNOT FIND ANOTHER.
