I was honestly amazed by the quality of this. It is the perfect size and not heavy at all. The picture is super clear honestly better than my tv. It was so easy to setup and use. It was very quiet couldn’t even tell it was running. Worth every penny!

I bought this so I could work on my perspective. I don’t want to use it as a crutch but as a learning tool, I sketch on my canvas, and then I use this to mirror from my phone my reference photo to see how close I am. This projector is amazing. I am so happy with this purchase. I didn’t realize that it had so many other features, too many to mention here. I did go on YouTube first to learn what it can do - anyone thinking of getting this should do the same.

As of so far I have tried and tried to get it to Connect with my phone via Bluetooth or even by usb cord and the phone shows the code to pair but I don’t get a code from the projector so it won’t pair. I also have not gotten it to connect by WiFi. Anyone else have this issue ?

This projector has great picture quality and allows. You to have precise lines. The color quality and resolution is top-notch. This functions as described and accurately allows you to copy by drawing any picture the app has available. The app itself was easy to download and easy to use. It’s a great quality product and the perfect size to take along on travel. I found this very easy to set up and really love using it to improve my drawing skills.

Once again, nice piece of hardware utterly destroyed by crappy software. I don't think you could make this less intuitive to use. The selection of yes/no is completely broken, there is no way to understand if you are accepting or rejecting a file transfer, who designed the UI? I don't understand why good hardware design is so often paired with horrible software. I know software testing is a thing of the distant past but honestly, this is tour de force of poor UI. 3 Stars because the image is good, the auto focus works well and there are a lot of options to transfer images. If you have a hard time making any of the simple methods work try LocalSend, it was the only way to get files from a mac to this thing.

I just received my Caydo P1 Art Projector in July and I am very happy so far. It was easy to set up and I think it’s a good value for the price. You will need a tripod or you can set it on top of a few books on a table. The Bluetooth works well and the image is very clear even in shaded daylight. I like its size and portability and you may want to find a blank wall to project movies and music videos onto.

The quality of the projector is pretty good and it has a lot of included apps for video, media, etc. However, I bought this for use as an Art Projector for translating media from my phone to canvas, tracing, etc. For that, I ran into some challenges and limitations. It was very challenging to connect my phone to the device to share photos or mirror my screen. This was likely due to some incompatibility of my wifi but the fact that it didn't play nicely or work was frustrating. The only way I could connect the two was via mobile hotspot. The seller was willing to work with me though, which I appreciated. Hopefully your internet will work with it or they can push out an update. Then the included Caydo art app is honestly pretty bad, basic, and limited. Images cant be expanded larger than the tiny fraction of the screen shown or stretched dimensionally. As if anyone would only want to cast an image onto 50% of their canvas and just leave most of it empty? Very strange and short-sighted. Please improve this. But the auto adjusting of the projector is pretty nice, I guess.

I bought this art projector on sale for $178.23 hoping it could be used to project pictures directly from my iPhone to trace onto canvas. The first time connecting it through the EShare app kind of worked. The images would project but I could not get the specific grid system part to project my images. The grid would only project the stock photos. It did the same thing when I tried connecting through a cable. The next night, I tried connecting through the app, a cable, and with a different iPhone and nothing would connect. I even factory reset the project and still nothing would connect. The art projector can supposedly be used to project videos and be a speaker but to me, the projector was a bit too loud for that. It sounded like a computer that is doing a really big update or is starting to overheat. I returned the thing since I specifically bought it for tracing my own photos and it could not do that. I think that if it is going to be advertised as an art projector that has the ability to create a grid on an image, then the technology needs to focus on that and not the ability to play videos or music when there are plenty of other projectors designed for that and not art.

Fantastic projector, but the art part of the program is limited, and the software is horrible. Still recommend this for ease of use with a memory stick.

Works perfectly. Great asset for anyone who paints ! Much easier to use than older varieties. Doesn’t require complete darkness. Images are crystal clear. Much better than I thought it would be at this price point.

This has cut my worktime in half. I'm an artist, and my work is mostly pen & ink and watercolor. I don't do prints, so customer requests on duplicate pen & inks is now done in my own hand, sent to the customer and turnaround time is greatly reduced. This has been the best increase in customer satisfaction I've had, and that's what it's all about,
