Really nice item! Well designed, directions were pretty clear if you can follow pictures (I know some people prefer written instructions, this is not the product for them.) I agree with other reviewers that there was an odor when you first take it out; I recommend building it in n a well ventilated area. (My husband can still smell it 12+ hours later, I must have gotten used to it because I don’t smell it anymore. Just be aware if you are sensitive to smells.) All in all, a much better product than I expected, highly recommend if you need a catio but aren’t interested in building it from scratch.

Took a little time to assemble 🤣 but well worth the effort. Instructions were clear and perfect. I modified it slightly to put the “window” to part of the door on the back and the top back panel on the front so we could have an opening onto our porch for the cats to get in and out. Roof panels were a bit wonky and the inside shelf brace broke when the cats were having a romp, but both were easy fixes. Cats can’t enough of it.

Definitely received a quality product for the value. My 3 cats fit comfortably and enjoy the cubbies and shelves to sit up high. I especially like that there are 3 different doors to get the cats in and out. While the product is made well for value, it would be awesome to have an option to purchase one made out of all metal. I’m worried that the wood might get wet from my sprinklers and eventually deteriorate. Warning…The product comes in 2 shipments. We received the shipments on different days, so this was confusing when we started to put it together and were missing parts. The company replied quickly to my concern and informed me the 2nd box was out for delivery. Just strange that the boxes weren’t sent together, but it all ended well. The product was easy to put together with good instructions.

It comes in 2 boxes, if the first one shows up and says delivered you still have another one coming. It came sooner than promised lots of pieces to put together but in the long run the cats love it that's all that counts, thank you

Would not recommend has no way to add tubes and the wood is not great the wire around the cage comes off by barely pressing on it.

Perfect outdoor space for 2 cats. They love the play space and the cozy sleeping space too. It was a little time consuming to put together, but with 2 people it went well.

Perfect for my cars

65 yr old woman managed to put together in 3.5 hours in my kitchen; husband helped carry outside :) Wood is pretty soft so I treated with a pet safe wood sealer; added lots of stainless steel staples. The starter holes are too big; the screws sink too far in. If you add a toothpick broken off, it will help fill the hole. The screening is pretty thin; I'm going to reinforce on the outside, bottom half with some heavier gage fencing so predators can't bust through. Provided latches don't lock or have a loop to put padlock on so i bought hasp type latches & padlock. Got anchors too. Other than that, my cat loves it! Still have to rig up something along sides of window so he can't squeeze out sides or top. If you consider the time & effort it would take to build from scratch, this was a good value. UPDATE: I downgraded to a 3..maybe not such a good value after all. 15 pound cat already broke support braces (picture) for long shelf with box on it. I'm going to have to add L-brackets to all the shelves for his safety! Also, it rained & water pooled on top. Has to be removed manually. Mosquito heaven!
