Review: We tried to return the item after realizing it was not a good fit for 10 year old. Seller made a good offer to keep it as I'm sure it was too expensive for them for us to return it. We kept it and have been attempting to use it for our 3 year old, but it is a pile of poop! It will not hold charge for longer than 2 minutes. Yes, we do charge it. Assembly -- pain in the butt, nothing like ad suggests. Quality -- initially thought was decent, but does not hold charge at all! Safety -- no issues there at this point. Speed -- does have two settings, which has been nice. Overall -- DO NOT BUY! The whole thing has been a big pain in the butt. It does not hold charge and it is not worth the money. There are a lot of other things on the market I would purchase over this. The money is not worth the gift value. Other items in same price point that I would chose over this item. We are going to have to junk it at this point. Who wants to buy something that does not hold battery!?! Sad when you can not reach out to the seller for solution or for refund.
