Good question. Thanks for asking. The ratio (by weight) is 70% magnesium, and 17% calcium, and 13% sodium. (mostly from sodium bicarbonate, and a very small amount from sodium chloride.)

There's no expiration date on the package. I wasn't expecting to find one because minerals are pretty stable, just keep them dry.
