Always tasty and you know what? I got my cholesterol down to 175! I am a very happy person now because I refuse to take cholesterol medication and I told my cardiologist that I would have oatmeal every day and see what happens. The funny thing is, before I started the oatmeal. I was a pescatarian who did not consume any products made with land animals, and I still am by the way, but my cholesterol was 220 before! I’ve been doing this for roughly 6 months. I strongly recommend having oatmeal every single morning and you know what, you can put real maple syrup in there along with a handful of delicious walnuts, all three products available from Amazon! Tasty too! I actually look forward to breakfast every morning!

Love this stuff! It's hard to find the plain flavor in the store, the other flavors have too much sugar for me. This is perfect and I was really glad to find a large box on Amazon. Good value, too. Will buy again.
