天井解放型で動作もシンプルなので、使い勝手はとても良いです。購入してから約1週間ですが、トイレ掃除はしないで済んでいます。ステマでも何でもなく、愛猫家で購入を検討している方は、是非お勧めします。気になる点を挙げるとすると、数人の方が言われる通り臭いです。ダストボックスは完全密閉ではないため、糞尿が満杯（マニュアルでは2週間程度）にならなくともリセット（ゴミ捨て）しなくちゃいけないかな。我が家は1匹だけですが、10日または週に一度くらいのサイクルになりそうです。ダストボックスには消臭ビーズを適量入れてますが、それでも無臭にはなりません。設置する場所にもよりますが。総じて臭いの問題を差し引いても、購入して良かったと感じています。 追記 使用して2ヶ月ほど。前回のレビューで臭いについて言及したが、最近はほとんど感じないレベル。寒さや空気の乾燥のおかげかも知れないが、消臭ビーズの効果かも知れない。しかしとにかくこれまでのトイレに比べると、抜群にQOLが上がった。なんせ日時トイレの心配をしなくて良いのだから。ダストボックスがいっぱいになれば、アラームでお知らせ。そのまま専用の袋が紐つきなので引っ張って結ぶだけで良い。シンプルで簡単。だからウチの猫ちゃんトイレはいつも綺麗。猫ちゃんもストレスなく用を足しているようだ。またメンテナンスもさほど必要がない点も良し。砂を満杯まで入れて、2週間に一回少し砂を補充するだけ。使ってみた感じ、砂が少なくなると汚れやすくなると思うから、補充することで一定の量を保てば、量があれば糞尿がこびりつかないから全部取り替える必要もなく補充するだけで運用出来ています。猫砂のおすすめは、①ライオンの臭いがなくなる猫砂②カインズホームの埃の少ない猫砂③アイリスオーヤマのAG入り猫砂 商品名は正確ではないが、たぶんわかると思います。これらは相応に脱臭効果もあり、何よりちゃんと固まる。参考になれば幸いです。 追記2 購入して約3ヶ月。思えば既に猫トイレがあることすら忘れている。それくらい臭いもない、糞尿取りもしない。しかしトイレはいつも綺麗な状態。ダストボックスがいっぱいになったタイミングで砂を足す。適度に全体清掃する。それだけ。猫ちゃんにとっても飼い主にとってもストレスフリーです。neakasa以外の商品は知りませんので他メーカーのもの含めて、多くの飼い主さんにおすすめしたいと思っています。

多頭飼い（猫2頭）で使っています。 これまで別の自動トイレを使っていましたが、作動音がかなり静かで驚きました。 慎重派なうちの猫達でもすぐに慣れ使ってくれています。 センサーの反応も今のところ問題なく、排泄後の自動清掃もスムーズ。 動作が安定していて、途中で止まる・エラーが出るといったことは現時点ではありません。 ただ一点気になったのが他の方も書いてあるようににおいです。 「密閉」とありますが、正直に言うと完全に無臭というわけではありません。 以前使っていたトイレよりは抑えられているものの、近くに行くとやはり多少は感じます。 とはいえ 音が静か 動作が安定している 多頭飼いでも使える という点はかなり満足度が高く、総合的には買ってよかった商品です。 においの点を考慮して★4評価にしましたが、今後の改良に期待しています！

Both cats started to use it right away, saving me a bunch of cleaning, so it does what I wanted right away. Both the small cat and the maine coon. The mat might help limit the spread of litter, but you will get some litter sand on the floor. The usage report does fairly well to tell the difference between cats using weight. It is unsure when a cat only put in front paws to check it out. I seem to refill a third of a litter bag every 5 days. I wasn't sure it would work out to get an automatic littler cleaner, but I am sure glad I got one now.

とても便利で掃除も簡単です。匂いもしなく清潔で、購入して本当によかったです。 ２匹猫がいますが、お掃除中に猫たちが興味深々で中を覗こうとすると、止まって猫が立ち去るのを待っていてくれます。安全性も高く優れています。スマホと連動しているので、どちらの猫が何分何秒トイレにとどまったのかも教えてくれます。出会えて良かった商品です。

使用して1年でゴミ一杯センサーが反応したままで、ただのゴミになった、その前にも自動のゴミ蓋の歯車がずれるなど！多数の不具合があった！金はもういいので回収だけでもいてほしい！ ここの商品は二度買わない他の猫自動トイレは問題なく3年は動いている。 100％買わない方がいいです！

Very hard to clean as the screws need to come off. In time those screws wont be working as the material is plastic. I wished they found a solution with magnets instead.

I’ve tried another automatic litter box and have read through a ton of reviews. This one suited me the best.. The trash bin is big and easy to clean out. This machine is a lot less messy because the bin is the on the bottom and the smell is very well contained due to the automatic door that opens and closes when the machine is cleaning out the litter clumps. One issue, which arises with so may other robot litter boxes is that there are gaps and if your cat does not pee straight down, then the pee and litter leak and get trapped through the gaps which causes pee and dirty litter to get trapped under the litter tray and after a few weeks will cause a retched smell. (Sadly, My cat is one of those cats who pees on the wall of the litter box instead of the down. I don’t get it). So after a lot of deep cleaning and trial and error, I had to get some caulk and seal off all the gaps. What has made the biggest difference of all is the amazing customer service throughout this whole process. They were able to send me stickers that they make to help seal off the gaps. But in my case, I still needed to caulk and use the stickers. I will update later after seeing if the caulk has worked.

This cat toilet is an improvement over the one I used before. Here’s my honest breakdown: Pros: • The open hood design gives my cats more space, so they don’t have to crouch or crawl to get in. • The waste compartment is spacious enough to handle waste from two cats. • The filtering and rotation system works well about 90% of the time, leaving almost no finished business behind. Cons: • The inner dome and walls aren’t made from a smooth, easy-to-clean material, so they tend to collect residue and get dirty quickly. • The height can be challenging for my cats. They sometimes have to jump down after using it, which causes litter to scatter everywhere. I’m considering adding a small stool to help. • The machine isn’t too noisy, but it does produce a noticeable hum during operation. Overall, it’s a solid product with a few areas for improvement.

It is a great product, self clean you don’t have to worry about anything but to raise the Cat litter and check if the bag is full much easier than the normal litter box

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This product has literally changed my life, and I am not exaggerating! I dont normally leave reviews, but just had to tell others, what a great difference it will make to every household with cats! I have been a cat owner for over 10 years. Always thought these machines are for lazy people, ‘I mean, how long does it take to just scoop after a cat”. But it has nothing to do with that, its soooo much more! Every guest that has come to my house has said that my house doesnt have that “smelly cat” odor anymore cause the chamber it keeps the waste keeps it odor less! No more going out after each scooping to throw the waste. I dont have to buy some expensice special made cat sand, any brand of clumping bentonite sand works perfectly. And I dont even have to buy sand as frequently as I used to!!! Another amazing thing about it is the app! Very easy to use, notifies you when the waste bag is full and needs to be changed, it notifies when to top up with more sand, it even reminds u to buy litter when ur low on stock! It weighs your cat, and informs you every time your cat uses the box, allowing you to notice very early on if the cat starts losing weight or using the litter box less or more often - sometimes alarming health issues that need to addressed. AND if you have multiple cats at home, it will even tell you which cat has used the box at what exact time. Its just sooo amazing! i cant recommend it enough to every single cat owner! Also note - some of the sellers have terrible after sale customer service. They dont offer warranty and even sometimes sell fake machines! THIS SELLER HAS BEEN GREAT!! They delivered in time without any hassle. They were very polite and professional. They helped me unpack and install the machine. They took time and throughly explained how to use it, how to clean it and how the app works. And as for warranty, they assure you that if any issues comes up, they’ll be just a phone call away!!! That is one of the most impressive response I have ever received, dealing with a private seller on Amazon. Again, I cant explain enough what great impact it has had for our daily life routines. If you have a cat - BUY THIS - you will be writing a equally long recommendation here as well 😅

Sono molto soddisfatta fella lettiera Neakasa M1. Il montaggio è stato rapidissimo, e anche il collegamento alla rete wifi è stato veloce dopo avere scaricato l'apposita app, davvero molto intuitiva e chiara nei passaggi da seguire. Noi abbiamo due gatti, Brio di 4 kg e Leo di 4,4 kg. Si sono adattati subito, essendo molto curiosi dopo qualche minuto erano gia dentro accovacciati, padroni del nuovo schiavo robotico. Per velocizzare la confidenza noi abbiamo aggiunto alla sabbia nuova un po di sabbia "pulita " presente nella vecchia lettiera automatica. Dopo una settimana di utilizzo abbiamo verificato che per due gatti la lettiera arriva al suo massimo di autonomia come contenimento rifiuti, oltre i 7 giorni è necessario svuotare il sacco. Il sistema comunque funziona perfettamente, quando il sacco rifiuti è pieno le notifiche arrivano puntuali al proprio telefono. Così come la notifica di richiesta rabbocco sabbietta quando insufficiente. La pulizia è automatica e si può programmare di eseguirla da un minuto dopo la rilevazione dell'uscita del gatto fino a quando si preferisce. Secondo la nostra esperienza consigliamo 10 minuti, in modo che la sabbia abbia il tempo di agglomerarsi e gli escrementi di "consolidarsi" Degna di nota l'estrema silenziosità della macchina durante il ciclo di pulizia. Tuttavia, ho notato alcuni problemi. I miei gatti essendo molto curiosi cercano di interagire con la lettiera quando non dovrebbero, ad esempio quando è in fase di pulizia o svuotamento. Adorano guardare la sabbia passare attraverso i buchi del setaccio ritornare pulita nella conca. Però un po troppo da vicino sedendocisi dentro e grattando sulla grata per far uscire la sabbia... Devo quindi lasciare la pulizia in manuale e provvedere quando i due folletti pelosi sono occupati in altre faccende, chiudendomi dietro la porta della stanza oppure da remoto quando tramite le telecamere per fortuna già precedentemente installate non li vedo nelle vicinanze. Leo essendo un gatto di grande statura e molto forte riesce addirittura ad aprire il cassetto dei rifiuti puntando le zampe sdraiato sotto la lettiera. Suggerisco di aggiungere un sistema di blocco più sicuro per il cassetto dei rifiuti, magari con uno scatto più incisivo. Inoltre, ho notato che l'app fa fatica a distinguere i gatti che entrano nella lettiera se hanno un peso simile. Questo può essere un problema se si hanno più gatti con pesi simili, poiché non è possibile monitorare correttamente le loro abitudini. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatta della lettiera Neakasa M1, ma credo che con alcune migliorie potrebbe essere ancora più efficace e sicura anche per dei gatti pazzi (rossi) come i miei. Das Highlight für uns ist ganz klar die hervorragende Geruchsversiegelung: Selbst nach mehreren Tagen im Einsatz riecht man absolut nichts. Im direkten Vergleich zu unserem zweiten Klo, dem Pawbby P1, ist das ein echter Unterschied – dort kommt es deutlich häufiger vor, dass unangenehme Gerüche entstehen, obwohl wir regelmäßig reinigen. Das Neakasa M1 nimmt uns im Alltag richtig viel Arbeit ab. Die automatische Reinigung funktioniert zuverlässig und leise. Auch bei mehreren täglichen Toilettengängen bleibt alles sauber. Die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet und bietet praktische Funktionen – man sieht z. B., wie oft das Klo genutzt wurde, wann der Auffangbehälter voll ist oder wenn mal etwas nicht stimmt. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, das Design modern und unauffällig. Es passt super in unsere Wohnung und sieht nicht wie ein typisches Katzenklo aus. Auch unsere Katze hat es sofort angenommen, was uns ehrlich gesagt überrascht hat – sie ist da sonst eher wählerisch. Die Entleerung des Auffangbehälters ist schnell erledigt und hygienisch. Auch das Nachfüllen mit Streu geht unkompliziert. Insgesamt macht das Neakasa M1 genau das, was es soll, und das auf einem wirklich hohen Niveau. Für uns ein richtig gelungenes Produkt, das den Alltag mit Katze spürbar angenehmer macht. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ein zuverlässiges, geruchsdichtes und modernes Katzenklo suchen!
