Nope. That's marketing at it best/worst. It's a great, very-protective case, but no military-grade testing has been performed on it (AFAIK).

does it have a camera protector?

Yes, similarly to other cases of similar design.

Is white same as clear?

Sort of the same. The color (white in this case) refers to the color of the magnet ring and line. The case is mostly clear, the magnets are white. Similarly, the "black" case has black magnets. The Apple clear case is only available with white magnets (as of today) so the only choices for other-than-white are from third-party suppliers such as Spigen. BTW, this is the only case I'll buy, but in an appropriate magnet color for the phone or situation. I have four different phones protected by these cases. A#1 choice.
