Looks really nice, it's the advertised size, and it's easy to clean. Non-stick works well. Seems like a lasting product.

I purchased these pans based on the recommendation from America's Test Kitchen, and they absolutely delivered. The pans perform beautifully—everything I’ve baked has come out evenly browned, with perfect texture, and cleanup is a breeze. Cakes release effortlessly, too, with no sticking or crumbling. For even better results, I also use cake strips (like the Regency Wraps EvenBake ones you can find on Amazon). They’ve made a noticeable difference in how evenly my cakes bake—no more domed tops or trimming required. It’s a small step that’s really paid off in making my cakes look more polished right out of the oven. Overall, these pans are clearly well-made and built to last, making them a worthwhile addition to my kitchen.

I LOVE everything this company makes. These were no exception. The 9” pans baked evenly and my cakes didn’t need leveling with my recipe. I greased with butter, dusted with flour, and my cakes popped right out when I flipped it over (no need for a knife). Super easy to clean. They’re definitely worth the investment! And I absolutely love the color :) wish they made every cake pan size. Only gave 4 stars because mine came with tiny dents on the rounded part at the bottom. They don’t affect functionality though.

I bought these pans because I liked how deep they were. I can fit one cake mix in a pan with plenty of room left over (I haven't tried two mixes in one pan but think they might fit). I am old school so I always grease and flour my pans and had no issue removing the cake from the pan and it turned out perfect and very moist. This is a very solid product and I love the Nordic Ware brand, they never disappoint. Recommend

se me hizo un poco caro , pero el molde esta grueso y hornea bien , había pedido solo 1 y después pedí otro para tener el par , el segundo me llego abollado pero hice el cambio y a los 2 días ya tenia el nuevo perfectamente bien. por eso le pongo 4 estrellas por que es un muy probable que no te llegue en buen estado , pues vi muchas quejas de que llegaban dañado

Good quality product

I learned this the hard way, but the coating is not dishwasher safe. It's not non stick, so grease and flour like you would regular aluminum pans, and the bread comes out easily. I don't trust non stick surfaces as I've used them and my bread still sticks. It's less likely to stick in this pan, and cooks much better then any glass loaf pans. glass will prevent the crust from forming properly. The metal works like it should.

I was looking for a focaccia size baking tray. Glass does not work because no matter how much olive oil you put on it, the bread will stick. This is a bit costly but compared to other options for me it was worth the money.
