The product received appears to be consistent with the product photo and description. You do have to assemble the stand, which is intuitive for the most part. They do have an assembly video posted here as well.A couple of notes about assembly - Be sure you have the lower bar facing the right direction before you attach it to the base plate. It has to line up with the hole for the top bar. If you wish to use the phone holder, you will need to put the botton half through the upper pole before attaching the two poles. This wasn't shown in the assembly book, but not too much of an inconvenience if you have to redo it. The phone holder - I could take it or leave it. It was actually the hardest thing to put together and if you won't be using it, don't even worry about installing it.Functionality - this machine works great! I love the different programs. You can use it with or without the remote. I have mine on a low pile rug with good backing and the machine stays in place.Effect - My muscles feel like they've been exercising, but without any soreness, pulled muscles, big blood pressure shifts, or elevated heart rates. My energy level is up and it's great. This is a nice option for someone with fibromyalgia who otherwise struggles with physical activity and has a desire to do something to help their body. Even when my feet were killing me, I didn't mind standing on this. It's too soon to know what other changes (if any) it may have on the body. If you have enough on you to jiggle, it will do that haha but doesn't feel bad at all. The effects are more on thighs and hips if you're just standing straight. It was easy enough to step on and off it when it's running.Overall, I find this product really easy to use and something that my entire family is interested in using every day. We were even able to set up a chair behind it to work different muscle areas, but of course always use caution when using any type of equipment, especially if in a non-standard way. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm loving this *by on Reviewed in the United States 10 June 2025* I can't say this does all it claims, but what I can say is what I have noticed. This is actually a fantastic "massage" for post work out. As you bend or straighten your knees, you can really feel the vibration in different parts of the body. If you have had a leg day and your thighs hurt, this will feel so great. I feel like it has really helped to move the lactic acid from my muscles. I am also happy to have this for help with lymphatic drainage, which will be helpful after a recent surgery, to keep from getting lymphadema. I have enjoyed using this, and I am happy to add this to my home gym. It is easy to set up, the instructions are clear and the remote is easy to use. It doesn't take up too much space, so its nice to have it set up all the time and just hope on for a quick session. It has the resistance bands with it, which is nice if you find yourself feeling bored standing on the machine, it gives you a little extra exercises to do.
