I use these on a daily basis. They are very effective in getting in between the teeth. There are several different sizes available. These are moderate but I also purchase the "tight" ones for small spaces in between teeth. Easy to use.

My dentist said to use these along with floss. They work really well. They not only get food your toothbrush missed but they also stimulate your gums. I’m glad they have different sizes because I need to use two different sizes to fit between my teeth. They’re reusable, but only last about 3 times.with me

The brushes can be used several times and effectively remove interdental (interproximal) items. These can be used in addition to floss and brush to enhance home care.

These brushes are identical to the ones giving out by professional dental offices. At least the ones that I have gone to. They are of a better quality/functional than similar products you can buy in retail stores. More efficient at cleaning.
