Is anyone getting smudging even with the waterproof?

I get no smudging! If you have very overly, oily skin or are using a dewy foundation or concealer, I would recommend setting your make up with a setting powder. Then apply your mascara let it thoroughly dry and if you make a mistake and there is a little smear wait till it dries and then flake it off with a powder brush and a little extra setting powder. Which black is the lightest? I wish there were a washable brown option.

I’m not sure if this is just me or not, but this mascara smells full of chemicals and can sometimes burn when applying. I also saw a tiktok showing that once a girl went swimming with it on, all her lashes fell out. Now I have no idea if this is true or not, but I definitely don’t want to be trying that out anytime soon.
